What we collect and why

  • Sign-up requests. When you start a setup we collect your name, business name, email, mobile number, area and sector, and anything you tell us. We use this to check fit and availability, confirm a plan and price, and set up your service. Our onboarding and support are handled by AI agents acting on our behalf; anything they can’t resolve is passed to a person. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
  • Correspondence. Emails and messages you send us, kept so we can respond and keep a record.
  • Website use. Basic technical information (pages visited, device type) if you accept analytics cookies — see our cookie policy. We do not load analytics unless you agree.

Who we share it with

Trusted providers who help us run the business — hosting, email and our customer-relationship system — under contracts that restrict how they use it. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with other businesses in our group for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Sign-up requests and correspondence: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case for the life of the relationship and as long afterwards as the law requires.

Your rights
