Information on this site
Descriptions of plans and features are for information. What is included in any plan, and the price, is confirmed in writing before you buy. Prices shown exclude VAT unless stated. Examples of content, conversations and bookings on this site are illustrations of how the service works, not records of specific customers unless clearly stated and consented.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance on the same date each month, plus any one-off onboarding or implementation fee shown at checkout. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Usage-based communications and voice minutes are metered and shown on your account.
You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@agencysocial.co.uk or from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; there is no minimum term after any onboarding period stated at checkout. Fees for months already started are not refunded, and one-off onboarding or implementation fees are non-refundable once work has begun. If we fail to deliver a paid service, we will refund the affected period.
Territory exclusivity lasts while your subscription is active. Content is not published without your approval during the approval-first period described on your plan.
Territory availability
Where a plan describes territory exclusivity, availability is confirmed at the time of purchase and governed by the service terms. Nothing on this site reserves a territory.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use content from it to build a competing service. You may link to us.
Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and available but don’t guarantee either. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
